Giving your feedback to consultations
You can also get involved by giving your feedback to any consultations we have running. To find out what the latest consultations are click here.
Giving your comments, compliments, concerns or making a complaint
We welcome all comments, whether you want to make a suggestion, give a compliment or, should you need to, make a complaint. All of these help us to understand your experience of the services we provide for you. If a service is failing in any way to meet your needs we want to try and improve it; and if you think the services are doing well, we would like to feed that back the staff and organisations concerned. If you have an idea about how services could be improved, we would like to hear that as well. Contact our Patient Experience team to give your comments, compliments, concerns or make a complaint.
Freedom of information (FOI)
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 was passed on 30th November 2000. The right to access the information held by public authorities can be exercised by anyone, worldwide. The Act is retrospective and the full right to access information came into effect on 1st January 2005. Click here to find out more and/or make an FOI application.
