If you are not happy about something, need more information about services or simply don't know who to ask, then why not contact our PALS team?
Every NHS Trust and Primary Care Trust (PCT) has an Advice and Liaison Service. They are are skilled at dealing with issues, concerns or requests for information. They can also help manage a complaint informally if you would prefer not to go through the formal complaints procedure.
