Our Five Year Strategic Plan 2009-2014
Delivering healthy communities is the second edition of our Five Year Strategic Plan, the product of a major review in which many of our stakeholders were involved. This version was submitted to the world class commissioning assurance process on 11 January 2010. NHS East of England will be assessing the Plan over the following six weeks and it is currently subject to their approval.

We have an ambitious plan, informed by the views of local people. To achieve it, we need to spend our money differently, on the best of modern healthcare. Our aim is to use some £75 million in savings to transform local healthcare by 2014.
